I am excited to share with you A Simple Christmas Stocking knitting pattern. This is a great beginner knit Christmas stocking pattern to make for the holidays. It is a PDF instant download. This project comes with two patterns so you can either knit this flat with straight knitting needles, or in the round with circular or double-pointed needles.
MATERIALS • chunky weight yarn #5 -1 ball Suggested yarn: • Loops & Threads Charisma, 109yds(3.5oz), 100m(100g), 100% acrylic, label gauge: 11sts/16rows on size 13(9mm) needle. Note: This project is knit with a smaller needle than the yarn label suggestion and uses the exact amount of yarn in the ball. If you want the piece to be longer or have a pom pom finish, buy an extra ball of yarn.
