2025 was a year that truly changed The K4 Project not just in numbers, but in purpose.
This year reminded me why I started designing knitting patterns in the first place: to create beautiful things, build community, and use creativity as a way to give back.
🌱 What Was Accomplished in 2025
Thanks to the incredible support of knitters around the world, The K4 Project experienced meaningful growth this year. Here are a few achievements:
- Doubled Etsy sales, reaching more knitters than ever before
- Launched our own website, giving the brand a permanent home
- Donated $3,000 worth of handmade knit items to support my animal charity
- Continued donating a portion of every pattern sale to help animals in need
🐾 Patterns With Purpose
One of the most meaningful parts of this journey has been watching patterns with purpose truly come to life. Because of your support, knitting became more than a hobby it became a way to give back. I am only beginning to understand the importance of giving back and it not only helps our animal friends but it is filling my heart.
I want you to know how grateful I am. Whether you purchased a pattern, watched a video, shared my work, or simply followed along, you helped make this impact possible.
✨ Looking Ahead to 2026
As I move into 2026, I’m dreaming bigger while staying grounded in gratitude.
Some goals I’m excited about:
- Expanding my animal charity to help animals I meet during my travel.
- Launching a Patreon community to support ongoing charity efforts (more details coming soon!)
- Publishing a Christmas knitting pattern book
- Creating Christmas knitting kits so you can knit meaningful gifts with ease
There’s so much I want to create but at the heart of it all is the same mission: crafting joy, changing lives, and using knitting as a force for good.
